Andrew Ramsay | Multimedia Designer

I studied at Robert Gordon's University, Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen, graduating in 2010 with a BDes (Hons) in Design in Digital Media. Since Graduating I have worked for company's in the oil and gas industry as a staff member while also running my own self-employed company, Digital Dru.

I started Digital Dru during my first qualification at Garthdee College in Aberdeen where I graduated in 2007 with a HND in Multimedia Design and Production. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to have had plenty of opportunities to get my foot in the door in my chosen field, this has allowed me to spread my wings and gain a vast amount of experience in digital media. Through the diverse project briefs I was set I have obtained skills in: advanced 3D modelling, realistic image rendering, augmented reality, 3D modelling for games, website coding and optimisation, graphic designing and photo restauration.

I run a very friendly and open business, I will always meet with clients where possible and most convenient whether this is in person, on the phone or via the internet. I will always go through exactly what you want from your brief exploring the best and most efficient approach to meeting your final goal. If I believe there is a better solution to a problem that will save you both time and money I will suggest it. When I take on a project I believe there has to be trust from both the client and myself and that through this produces the best possible result for the right price.
